Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of ElixiCAD ("we", "us"), who runs ElixiCAD. By creating an account you accept them. Questions: support@realised.io.

1. The service

ElixiCAD turns plain-English descriptions into 3D CAD models, drawings, estimates and renders using AI models. Features, plans and limits are described in the app and can change; we will tell you before a change that reduces what a paid plan includes.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and give a working email address.
  • One account per person. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • While ElixiCAD is in private beta, you need an invite to sign up. Invites are personal; don't sell them.

3. AI output: check before you build

Designs, dimensions, cut lists, estimates and drawings are generated by AI and may be wrong. They are not engineering advice and are not certified for any use. Before you build, buy materials or rely on a design for anything structural, electrical or safety-related, have it checked by a qualified person and follow your local building rules. You use the output at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use ElixiCAD to:

  • break the law, or infringe someone else's rights;
  • design weapons, or anything meant to hurt people;
  • attack, probe, overload or work around the limits of the service, or run code in it other than through the app;
  • resell or share access, or scrape the service.

Report abuse to abuse@realised.io. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, usually after telling you why.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to what you put in (descriptions, files, images) and to the designs made for you. You give us the permission we need to store, process and show that content to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers listed on our sub-processors page.

Improving the models. We may use projects to improve ElixiCAD's AI (including fine-tuning), after removing names, email addresses and other personal details. You can opt out at any time in account settings; opting out stops future use. See the privacy policy.

6. Plans, credits and payment

  • The free plan has a monthly credit allowance and daily limits. Paid plans add credits and features as shown on the billing page.
  • Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which also handles invoices, taxes and refunds under its buyer terms.
  • Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing page; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Unused credits don't carry over to the next period and have no cash value.
  • If a payment fails we give you a grace period, then move the account to the free plan. Projects over the free limit become read-only so you can still open, export and delete them. Nothing is silently deleted.
  • Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to withdraw from a purchase, are not affected.

7. Availability

We aim to keep ElixiCAD running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may pause it for maintenance; we announce planned work on our status page.

8. Ending the service

  • You can delete your account at any time in account settings.
  • If we decide to shut ElixiCAD down, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email, keep an export window open so you can download your projects, and refund unused prepaid time.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by relying on AI output you didn't have checked, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will email you before they take effect, and you can delete your account if you don't agree. These terms are governed by [to be confirmed before launch].
