AI CAD that knows how things are made
From idea outline to constructable design
Describe a shelf, a garden office or a small house. ElixiCAD breaks it into real parts, checks each one against the rules of its trade, and hands you a model, a cut list and a cost.
- Opens in FreeCAD
- STEP export
- No lock-in
Single-storey SIP building, 8.0 × 6.0 m footprint, gable roof, as drawn in the sketch.
-
model.FCStd
The full parametric model. Open it in FreeCAD and keep working.
-
model.step
For your CNC, your engineer or any other CAD tool.
-
panel cut list
Every panel with its size, openings and spline positions.
-
costed BOM
Quantities rolled up into a cost estimate you can quote from.
-
build steps
An illustrated assembly sequence for the crew on site.
-
virtual tour
Walk the client through the rooms before anything is cut.
How a brief becomes a building
You stay in charge at every step. Each stage leaves something you can read and change.
-
01
Write a brief
Plain words, a sketch, a photo or an existing STL or STEP model.
-
02
Agree the spec
ElixiCAD turns the brief into dimensions, openings and a roof. You edit anything that is off.
-
03
Generate components
Agents write code for each wall, roof and floor panel. FreeCAD runs it into real geometry.
-
04
Review and export
Check the assembly in 3D, try variants, then take the files to site.
Rules from the trade, applied every time
The AI never freehands geometry. It writes code against a geometry library and a Design Profile that holds a manufacturer's own panel sizes and building rules. When a rule is missing, you add it once and every future design follows it.
- The longer wall runs through and the shorter wall butts into it. sip.wall_continuity
- Spans longer than a 2440 × 1220 mm stock sheet are split into panels. sip.panel_stock_limits
- Openings never overlap and leave at least a 100 mm pier on each side. sip.opening_edge_distance
- Every window and door header fits under the wall's top plate. sip.opening_header_fits_wall
